Since 2022 Avant Gardner has taken over the popular Electric Zoo festival in New York City.

Every first weekend in September the electric music festival takes place on Randall Island.

We have been working for the festival in previous years but as of 2022 we took over the entire event planning for and with our client Avant Gardner.

The stage design is created by the owner. For the innovative and creative designs, we find building solutions in a short amount of time.

To optimise the event operations, we have replanned the entire overlay, visitor flow, security concept, hospitality, waste management and logistics - just to name a few.
