Design Competition:

The planned pit building was designed and offered as a complete Turn-key Solution. Besides the building structure and building technology the plan also had included the following:

• ICT: There are items such as IT cabling, CCTV, Door lock System, Fire sprinkler in combination with Fire Alarm system, self-closing doors, interior wall cladding, etc.

The proposed pitlane building was planned to be the iconic centerpiece of the Saudi Arabian Qiddiya E-Prix of the FIA Formula E street car racing series reflecting the Kingdom’s aspiration to have a world-class venue with state of the art facilities in a building of outstanding architectural merit. The building was planned with a footprint of approximately 8’000sqm with a length of minimum 225m for 14 garages a 15m, including hospitality for VIP spectators. The pitlane building was designed to meet FIA und Formula E standards with 14 garages and excellent facilities for the teams, officials, VIP spectators, and operators. Optimized design will give guests good views and will help create an exciting and intimate atmosphere.
